CityLab began operating in 2014 as a development area of the creative intelligence of children with major vehicle adopting and using modern methods, advanced infrastructure and special innovative applied technologies, specially developed for this purpose. The aim is to arouse the interest of children (5+) in the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) by utilizing Robotics for the development of their cognitive and social skills, observing pedagogical standards and technocratic processes based on the best international scientific and educational practices.
At CityLab you use Robotics having fun, like a game, with technology. You enter a world that pushes you to imagine and inspires you to create. You design and build your robots (... and you do not need previous experience).
Our basic principle is expressed without words : STEM 360 ° while our benchmark and our guideline is summarized in the phrase Robotics Real World - Real World Robotics.
Our workshops are based on modern learning theories that adopt principles such as active participation, new knowledge, collaboration, role sharing, creativity, experimentation, soft skills.
